Great easy supper!! Marley loved that it was called "goo"! We topped ours with ketchup & mustard - pickles would be good too! I *love* ranch. Gift from the gods. So I really liked the potatoes - and yes I still dipped them in ranch dressing. :-)
Hamburger Goo
6 slices bacon - chopped
1 small onion - chopped
1lb ground beef
1 can tomato soup
8oz Velveeta - cubed
3 hamburger buns
Sauté the bacon & onion. Add the ground beef. Cook until beef is browned & bacon is crisp. Add the soup & Velveeta. Stir, over low heat, until cheese is melted. Spread onto bun halves. Bake at 350* for 15-25 minutes
Ranch Potato Crisps
4 potatoes - sliced
1T vegetable oil
1 package ranch dressing mix
Preheat oven to 400*. Place the potato slices in a large bowl. Add the oil. Mix lightly. Add the dressing mix. Toss to coat. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake 40-45 minutes or until browned & tender.
